Participants will perform self-assessments to evaluate their existing food hygiene practices based on the knowledge or theory learned from previous lessons. This approach is to promote critical thinking skills and helps to reinforce the key concepts learned

✔️ SOP Customisation

Participants are encouraged to customize the SOP pack based on their understanding of the main points that they have learned in the previous lessons

✔️ Develop Action Plans for Implementation

Participants will create a personalised action plan detailing how they will carry out the improvement to close out the gaps identified from self-assessment
