Features

Fees: RM 54.00 incl. 8% ST per pax (non-HRD) or RM 85.00 incl. 8% ST per pax (HRD)

Courier charges: RM 11.00 incl. 8% ST per location

Duration: 3 Hours (non-HRD) / 4 Hours (HRD)

Platform: Zoom Meeting / Physical (Face-to-Face)

Certificate delivery: Certs will be couriered within three (3) working days after training is conducted

Registration is closed three (3) working days before the training date based on first come, first serve basis.

Confirmation and participant notes will be emailed to person in-charge (PIC) upon full payment is received.

 

User Guide

  1. Ensure you have at least 15 pax
  2. Pick your preferred date & time
  3. Register your participants’ details by clicking on “register here”. Double check the details provided is accurate and submit. When ready, tap “Yes, I’m done!”
  4. Select courier charges and travel charges (where applicable)
  5. Acknowledge the min pax, select number of pax and “ADD TO CART”
  6. Confirm session and number of pax before “PROCEEDS TO CHECKOUT”
  7. Fill in the required information in the billing details
  8. Select your payment method and click “PLACE ORDER”
  9. Once order is placed, you will receive Thank You email*


Non-HRD

  1. Proceed with payment. For direct transfer or online payment, simply follow the provided instructions


HRD

  1. Check your email and simply follow the provided instructions for HRD grant application
  2. Person in-charge (PIC) will receive a confirmation email along with zoom link and participant notes upon grant approval

*Clients within 40km radius from Magcolm office will be charged for travel charges. Kindly follow below steps:

  1. Download quotation attached in Thank You email
  2. Provide mileage and calculate the travel charges (round trip) in the quotation
  3. Send the confirmation page via email at info@magcolm.my. Upon verification of details from our side, you can proceed to pay for the travel charges

Online Training Rules

Applicable for remote online training only.

  1. Prepare conducive environment for learning
  2. Availability and smoothness of internet connection
  3. Individual laptop, PC or smartphone with webcam/camera features for EACH participant
  4. Ensure “Zoom Meeting” apps/software is being installed in the device
  5. Participants are required to be fully focused and show their faces throughout the entire training session
  6. Participants are required to stay attentive and avoid multitasking
  7. Do not drive while training
  8. Participants shall be punctual and familiarized with Zoom application in order to meet MOH FHT online training requirement
  9. Participants will be considered as no show/absence if joining in AFTER training commencement

Physical Training Facilities Checklist

Applicable for physical training only.

  1. Client to provide air-conditioned environment/ good ventilation environment
  2. Client to provide proper white background to project presentation slide
  3. Client to provide good & adequate lighting
  4. Client to provide adequate tables and seating for registered participants
  5. Client to provide adequate training space for participants (not congested)
  6. Client to provide quiet / conducive ambience for training

Registration T&C

Registration
Registration shall be made via online registration and it will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and settlement of previous outstanding dues

Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation email will be sent before commencement of the training

Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of attendance will only be delivered upon full attendance with full payment and after completion of the training

Payment T&C

Payment Method
Full payment shall be settled fourteen (14) working days before training commencement

Please submit proof of payment and email at billing@magcolm.my. Invoice will be issued in the following week for confirmed orders.

Cancellation T&C

Rights for Changes
Magcolm Solutions reserves rights to make any changes to the training, venue and trainer replacements if warranted by circumstances beyond its control. Magcolm Solutions also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice should it be necessary to do so. Upon successful registration, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions applied

Cancellation & Refund Policy by Participants
Registration fees are non-refundable once registration has been confirmed. No refund is given for Cancellation / Postponement / Withdrawal. However, replacement of participants is allowed before training commencement at no extra cost. Magcolm Solutions allow immediate replacement on that day of training

Cancellation & Refund Policy by Magcolm Solutions
In the event of cancellation by Magcolm Solutions, all fees will be refunded in full, or the participant may reschedule to the next available date. Should cancellation become necessary, Magcolm Solutions will attempt to contact all registrants verbally or in writing
