E-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants who attended at least 75% of attendance of the total modules/training. E-certificate(s) will be emailed to person responsible (PIC) within 14 working days upon received payment from Client / HRD Corp.
Registration is closed fourteen (14) working days before the training date based on first come, first serve basis.
Confirmation and participant notes will be emailed to person in-charge (PIC) upon full payment is received.

Digital E-Learning certificate will be awarded instantly after finishing the course.
The E-Learning Combo can only be purchased as an add-on with public training registration. Each participant may purchase a maximum of one E-Learning Combo module.
Confirmation with course link will be emailed to participant after the training is conducted.
Online Training Rules
Applicable for remote online training only.
- Prepare conducive environment for learning
- Availability and smoothness of internet connection
- Individual laptop, PC or smartphone with webcam/camera features for EACH participant
- Ensure “Zoom Meeting” apps/software is being installed in the device
- Participants are required to be fully focused and show their faces throughout the entire training session
- Participants are required to stay attentive and avoid multitasking
- Do not drive while training
- Participants shall be punctual and familiarized with Zoom application

Registration
Registration shall be made via online registration and it will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and settlement of previous outstanding dues
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation email will be sent before commencement of the training with full payment from Client or training grant approval from HRD Corp
E-Certificate

Cancellation T&C
Cooling-Off Period
Clients have a three (3) business days cooling-off period from the date of payment to cancel their registration for training, excluding e-learning courses (ala-cart or in bundles). During this period, a full refund (after deduction of payment gateway and admin processing fees) will be issued, provided that no Training materials have been accessed or issued. After the cooling-off period, normal cancellation policies will apply.
Rights for Changes
Magcolm Solutions reserves rights to make any changes to the training, venue and trainer replacements if warranted by circumstances beyond its control. Magcolm Solutions also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice should it be necessary to do so. Upon successful registration, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions applied

In the event of cancellation by Magcolm Solutions, all fees will be refunded in full, or the participant may reschedule to the next available date. Should cancellation become necessary, Magcolm Solutions will attempt to contact all registrants verbally or in writing
